 1. Regulation Check:

 2. Register Yourself:
Register COMATSU TRADING CO., LTD membership. |

 3. Purchase Order:
Send us the purchase order (Inquiry) form with the stock number and fill in asked information. |

 4. Order Confirmation:
We will send you e-mail that we received your purchase order (Inquiry) sheet and Fax P/I. |

 5. Agreement:
Send back the P/I by FAX with your signature. Arrange total amount (or 50% deposit) by T/T within 3 days and send a copy of T/T receipt by FAX. |

 6. Notice:
We are not able to hold vehicles until we confirm total amount (or 50% deposit) in our bank account. As soon as we confirm the amount, we will hold the vehicle for you and inform you by email. If the vehicle is reserved or sold to the other person when we confirm your payment (deposit), please use that for another purchase order. |

 7. The Final Payment (In case you didn't pay total amount):
After you receive our email about the confirmation and car booking, please arrange the remaining balance of full payment within 3 business days then send us the T/T remittance receipt by FAX. If you do not pay the reminder in 3 business days, your order will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. |

 8. Shipment:
After receiving your payment confirmation from our bank, we will arrange the next available shipment; we will keep you updated on the shipping schedule information. |

 9. Document:
After the ship leaves Japan and we receive document from our agent, we will send you the entire importing document by courier. |

 10. Pick up your car:
The shipping company will contact you about the arrival date. Please bring all the importing documents to the custom and pick up your car. Please do not forget to arrange a custom clearance agent or a forwarder yourself. |
